Her Serene Highness, Grace of Monaco | Mary Queen of Scots | Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge |
designed by Helen Rose | designed by Monique Lhuillier | designed by Sarah Burton |
The first trend on our list, Long Lace Sleeves, may be inspired by 3 Royal Brides, namely Grace Kelly (whose fashions will soon be appearing on the big screen in the biopic Grace of Monaco with Nicole Kidman in the title role), Mary Queen of Scots (whose costuming has been burning up the tv screen in the CW's REIGN, and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. |
Ersa Atelier | Winnie Couture | Monique Lhuillier |
The next trend is The Blushing Bride as all manner of 'think pink' dresses continue in popularity - every shade from fuchsia to peony to powder is available as evidenced by celebrity brides Jessica Biel, Reese Witherspoon, and Kaley Cuoco. |
Vera Wang | Monique Lhuillier | Oscar de la Renta |
The last trend is Sculptural Fabrics and shapes, with the return of duchesse satin that creates a tailored look in contrast to the Boho, unstructured feeling of recent years. |
Pronovias | Rosa Clara | Theia |

I like the simple and sweet
I love the Oscar de la Renta in the blush color. May I have one please?
Pronovias that is...lol my spell check changed it
Promo bias is my favorite out of the pics, I don't like strapless for me personally.
I like a ball gown. Not blinged out, but made with gorgeous fabric. And definitely sleeves.
I love the Monique Lhuillier wedding dress ; it's so elegant!!
I like a sweetheart bodice with a full skirt. Add a touch of ace on the top and it's perfect.
Princess ball gown
our daughter just chose a gown similar to the Oscar de la Renta one above, it's very simple w/the fabric and in a champagne color
Hmm...something that balances simple and fancy well. Definitely has to be a long dress. And I know it's not part of the dress...but I do want a veil, I think.
I would love a high low hem because my fiance loves my feet and I love shoes. My feet will be a focal point. Fitted at the waist and lace. No bows or flower things.
Bright white, mermaid silhouette, strapless, with a semi long, narrow train. And a tiara. :)
All white lace strapless princess ball gown with a sweetheart neckline
I like the mary queen of scots the best out of these. Personally, I would like that without so much lace.
The Monique Lhuillier is beautiful!
