one of my sons asked for some more "corn on the bone" while we were eating roasted corn...lol lol

My son called our dog "Good Girl" until he was about 4. It was the sweetest thing to hear. I also have video of him sharing a Popsicle with Good Girl that always makes me laugh hysterically!!!

My 5 year old loves John Wayne because his grandmother does. The other day he says to me, "mom, do you know who I miss in people heaven?" I said no who? He said "John Wayne, because hes a cowboy and rides horses and stuff." LOL He is too funny!

My daughter wrote me a letter titled Dear Mean Mom and went on to write about how she was sad that I wouldn't let her stay up late to watch cartoons. It was super cute. I scanned it and saved it in her baby book!

I am a speech therapist and work with little ones from 18 mos. through 7 years old. I should write a book documenting all the cute things they say. One recent student was such a spitfire.She had Down's Syndrome, was 3 years old and had one big attitude. When we spoke on the play phone, she would cradle hers in one ear, stick one hand on her hip, and cook with the other hand. She would kind of babble away. She just chattered and cooked. When she was done, she'd say one clear phrase "I don't got time for that" and hang up on me. It was hilarious.

When my daughter was about 2 she was at a restaurant with the wholefamily and she was taing "orders". She came to my mom and asked what she wanted to order. My mom said she wanted a malt, fries and a hamber with a side of pickles. My daughter asked "which side?"

I love to hear my son tell jokes because he always ends up laughing before he finishes telling them.

My two year-old wanted to know where he was before he was born. I told him he was a soul. He was unsatisfied with my answer so said, "But where WERE I?" I told him that he was just a soul and that he didn't have a body. To which he replied, "I was just a head?!"
