Who DOESN'T want to rev up their metabolism? My brother and I have very different body types, and about 50% of it comes from his wicked fast metabolism and my painfully slow one! I just had a baby five months ago and gained alot of weight during preganacy. I really need to lose weight. I have always had a slow metabolisim and wouuld love to have a fast metabolisim. I need to lose at least 30 to 40lbs and be healthy again not only for myself but for my family. I would love to be able to enjoy the beautiful spring and summer weather with my kids and be able to keep up with them without having my weight way me down.
