Description: Its made with soft taco shells, meat, taco seasoning, cheese, tomatoes, hard shells, and you can add about wnything you want.
Ingredients:
8 Lg
Soft Taco Shells
5lbs
Hamburger meat
2 packets
Taco Seasoning
2 chopped
Tomatoes
1 bag
Taco Cheese
1 chopped
Chillie
1 tbsp
hot sauce
5 crushed
hard taco shells
chopped
Lettuce, or whatever else you want to add
1 container
sour cream
Instructions: First pre heat your oven to 350*. While it's preheating cook all your hamburger. Then when it's cooked season it with the taco seasoning, adding in your chopped tomatoes and chille. Also put in your hot sauce. Next Take a large glass baking pan and spray it with cooking spray. Place the 8 large soft taco shells on the bottom. Next you add your taco meat mix on top. You then spread the sour cream across that. Then sprinkle your whole bag of cheese on top. Next you'll put the crushed hard tacos on last. Place in the over for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with whatever you like.
Simple but delicious. This lighter version of sesame chicken makes great lettuce wraps or stir fry. An easy way to eat a little healthier!
