Description: Great use to upgrade holiday leftovers!
Ingredients:
leftover
turkey meat
splash
apple cider vinegar
to taste
BBQ sauce or homemade recipe
Instructions: With those holiday leftovers, shred turkey with forks and combine with your favorite brand or homemade BBQ sauce and a splash of cider vinegar(I prefer all-natural BBQ brands) and warm in slow cooker on Low until hot (check in 2 hours, then 3, but less than 4 total). Serve on buns or as a platter with leftover or fresh sides.
This chicken dish is full of rich flavor and sits in a white wine Swiss cheese sauce that serves very well over pasta, but can also stand alone.
