Roasted Chickpeas

Makes: 0 1 1/2 Cups

Description: Crunch-roasted beans are great for a car trip or just a healthy snack.

1-2  Cans Chickpeas (drained, rinsed, and patted dry)

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375. Put the beans on a foil lined baking sheet, and sprinkle with olive oil and salt. You can leave them like this or add some other spices. I like to use my all purpose seasoning which is 1/2 a tsp. of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp of white pepper. When the oven is ready place baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 min. When finished remove from oven and add a little more olive oli and seasoning if you like. Bake for 20-25 more minutes or until crunchy.
