These peanut butter snack bites are so easy and so delicious. I also love them as a healthy dessert option. Perfect grab and go snack for breakfast, snack, after school or anytime snack.
old fashion oats
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Let chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes
3 Use a tablespoon scoop to make small balls
TIP- I divided up the balls into sets of 3 or 4, wrapped them in tin foil, and stored them in the fridge to make it even easier to literally grab and go 🙂
