This was the only way I was able to get both of my kids, now teenagers, to eat their oatmeal. Sometimes as a special treat they would get to add mini chocolate chips to the pot and if there was any left over it was mixed into pancake mix for Saturday breakfast.

I have this for breakfast almost every morning!!!! I love it! I sometimes add half a scoop of low carb chocolate protein powder to also. It is wonderful. Hmm.... I might have to go make me a bowl right now
