Makes: 50 pieces
Description: Great finger food for brunch or anytime!
Ingredients:
2 8oz. pkgs
Cream Cheese (can be low-fat)
1 bunch
Green Onions (finely snipped)
1 cup
Mayo (can be low-fat)
4-5 T.
Salsa
1 pkg.
Tortilla Shells
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
Spread mixture on flour tortilla shells. Roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Slice and eat!
I use low fat cream cheese, mayo (olive oil kind usually) and healthy shells.

This is ingenious!!! I went ahead and used red onion instead since I wanted a little more kick and OMG...delish...used a little less mayo and added cilantro since I'm a sucker for it...and WOW... delish!!!! Thanks for sharing such and awesome recipe :)
