Makes: 8 servings
Description: An easy ice cream cake treat!
Ingredients:
2 boxes
Ice cream sandwiches
1 container
cool whip
1 jar
maraschino cherries
Instructions: in a 11" x 13" dish, put one layer of ice cream sandwiches, take half of the cool whip and layer over the ice cream sandwiches. Add a second tier of ice cream sandwiches and cover that layer with the remainder of the cool whip. Add maraschino cherries on top and put in freezer for 2 hours to set.

I've made one similar to this but with chocolate and caramel toppings inbetween layers. Such a good and easy ice cream cake!!!
