Homemade Enchilladas

Makes: 4 1

Description: This is a great easy and tasty meal for anyone with a family!

1lb  Boneless Chicken
1lb  Shredded Cheese
1 pack  soft tortillas
1/4 tsp  cinammon
1/4 tsp  chile powder
3  bay leaves
1 cup  chicken broth
1 can  tomato sauce

Instructions: cut chicken into cubes and boil chicken in chicken broth add bay leaves while boiling for flavor, take a pan and cook tomato sauce, shredded cheese, chili powder and cinnamon until cheese is melted and sauce it hot. once chicken is finished take 2 forks and shred the chicken up and poor remaining chicken broth from pot over chicken to give it flavor and keep it moist. place chicken in tortillas and roll them up in the tortilla. Pour sauce and cheese over tortillas and cook in oven on 350 for 15 mins!
