Makes: 4 servings
Description: Don't like mayo salads? Then this is the potato salad for you!
Ingredients:

red potatoes
5
slices of bacon
1/4 cup
apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup
apple juice
1 Tablespoon
flour
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut up four or five red potatoes and boil them until tender.
2. Cook four or so slices of bacon.
3. Combine 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of apple juice, and 1 tablespoon of flour. Cook over medium heat for five minutes whisking the whole time.
4. Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
something a little different and if you're tired of hot dogs, hamburgers or ribs....
