Easy, fast, fruit crunch/cobbler. I make mine with canned peaches, you can use whatever fruit you like.
Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Pour the peaches, with liquid, into a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
