The sweet addition of a marinade is always a welcomed tip. The infused herbs and spices blend easily from season to season and aid, even the most harried cook, in a fast and delicious meal.

My fave tip is to make more food than you need and make it ahead of time. There always seems to be a time crunch when entertaining and serving food. Having a lot done ahead of time is the way to go in order to enjoy yourself.

Love the tip about making more food then you need! I grew up learning to cook that way and whenever I entertain, I always end up sending guests home with plates of food!
