Description: A cheesy and easy mean to make. A new potluck favorite.
Ingredients:
16 oz
small noodles, ziti, rigotoni, fusilli, small shells, or elbows work best
1 can
condensed cream of mushroom with garlic soup
2 + 1/4 cups
mozzarella cheese
1 cup
mayonnaise
1 cup
milk
3 cans
water packed tuna
1+ 1/12 cups
frozen peas or broccoli
1 small
onion ( optional)
salt + pepper
to taste
1/4 cup
bread crumbs
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook noodles according to directions and strain well. Place noodles in large casserole dish (at least 9x13x2). Put aside bread crumbs and 1/4 cup of mozzarella, combine all other ingredients in pan and mix well. Top casserole with remaining mozzarella and bread crumbs. Place casserole in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
