Makes: 24 squares
Description: Super Easy Microwave Fudge Recipe (if I can make it, anyone can!)
Ingredients:
1 lb.
Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup
Cocoa
1/4 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Margarine
1 tsp
Vanilla
Instructions: Microwave sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine together on high for 2 minutes. Then add vanilla (and any optional ingredients such as marshmallows, nuts, etc). Pour into a square pan (I use a silicone pan). Cool. Serve. Enjoy.

Thank you for this great recipe !!! For safety reasons I can not use my stove/oven and I.m always trying to find great recipes for the microwave. This was so easy to do and it taste great!!! I added marshmallows to mine. It made for a great gooing, but yummy treat. This inspired me to try making peanut butter fudge the same way :)
