Makes: 4 cups
Delicious dip with a little spicy kick that you can scoop up with some tortilla chips for a great appetizer!
11 oz cans Green Giant Mexicorn (Sweet corn & diced peppers), drained
7 oz can chopped green chilies, drained
6 oz can chopped jalapenos, drain liquid into another container
cup green onion, choped
8 oz container sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
16 oz package shredded cheese (I used Cheddar Jack)
bag of tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients (adding as much of the jalapeno juice as desired for spiciness), except tortilla chips together and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
