Chili Corn Dip

Makes: 4 cups

Description: Delicious dip with a little spicy kick that you can scoop up with some tortilla chips for a great appetizer!

Ingredients:
3  11 oz cans Green Giant Mexicorn (Sweet corn & diced peppers), drained
1  7 oz can chopped green chilies, drained
1  6 oz can chopped jalapenos, drain liquid into another container
1  cup green onion, choped
1  cup mayonnaise
1  8 oz container sour cream
1  1/2 cup cream cheese
1  teaspoon pepper
1  1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1  16 oz package shredded cheese (I used Cheddar Jack)
1  bag of tortilla chips

Instructions: Mix all ingredients (adding as much of the jalapeno juice as desired for spiciness), except tortilla chips together and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
