Makes: 8 servings
Description: Cool, Summer salad
Ingredients:
1
head of cauliflower
1
bunch of broccoli
1
small red onion
1 cup
miracle whip
1/2 cup
sugar
1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb
bacon browned and crumbled
Instructions: Chop up broccoli and cauliflower. Chop up onion and mix together with miracle whip, sugar, bacon, and cheese chill until ready to serve. Makes enough for 8. Toss again upon serving.
I would to make this! I haven't had this in a while, so I'm a little bias.
