It's finally over... or is it? A month ago, the SheSpeaks staff challenged ourselves and our members to take a month and complete personal goals. We asked: Can you really see a difference in your body, your life, or your health, by doing something for 28 days straight? Now that the challenge is officially over, we can tell you what we really think!
How is your challenge going? Tell us about it for the chance to be one of five lucky winners of an Amazon Echo Dot! (P.S. It's not too late to start!)
Turns out, some challenges are better than others...

I'm a nurse that does a lot of 16 hours shifts with two teenage kids one of whom is graduating this year from high school and I am a DIYer and a gardening and gardening enthusiast along with too many hobbies as a crafter. My main challenge is that I need some sort of routine to keep my cluttered house organized while still doing all the things that I currently do. Time management is my greatest obstacle and I think I just need help with that. Any suggestions? Or some sort of daily checklist or timetableto develop a routine that would allow me to start organizing and to continue organizing without it being a chore.

I am working very hard on rebuilding several simple self care routines but drinking the recommended amount of daily water is my number one short term goal. Can't wait to feel the benefits of this very important healthy habbit!

All my challenges are going well. Started with one, drinking more water several times a day, then added the grateful challenge. Couple days after that added doing sonething for others daily or as often as I can. Its amazing how easy it is to help others as its the simple daily things that can put a smile on someones face! Ive added cutting out sweets from my diet. Point being it has snowballed which results in Im feeling better every day both physically and emotionally. We truely get as much if not more than the person we do an act of kidness for. Just think what a better world it would be if we all put effort into being kind to others and just doing ONE kind gesture a day!!! 😘😃

I have been working along side everyone, but it has been hard to balance my work life and social life to try to start a future family with my partner.
