Description: This is a good way to start your day, with energy. This is a yummy smoothie with fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients:

full hand of strawberries
1
banana
1 tbsp
sunflower seeds
1 cup
almond milk
Instructions: Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until everything is blended.
I love strawberry shakes, this looks delicious!
Love this recipe but never tried the seeds
Not too much of a fan of the almomd milk doesn't seem to have the flavor as regular milk but I will give this a try
