Scope
 

You will have the opportunity to grow and manage our social engagement platform, delivering results for major Fortune 500 brands and interacting with the best social media experts. The Director will directly manage programs for major brands and direct the program management team’s efforts once he/she is up to speed on our platform and processes.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Marketing Director will:

  • Develop and execute social media strategy
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and communications
  • Develop social media advertising, search engine optimization
  • Manage video channels and campaigns
  • Manage execution of digital content design and delivery
  • Track program results and propose modifications to meet goals
  • Act as a member advocate in program design and delivery
  • Insure that programs are meeting their key performance indicators
  • Lead Social Media Marketing team and manage Social Media Program Managers

Compensation

Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $50,000-$70,000 plus comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and commuter benefits and a cash bonus of up to 15%.
