on Oct 05, 2011: With all the craziness that happens in a day, it's hard for me to completely relax my mind and get ready for bed. I have taken to reading a little bit every night just before bed. Even if the book is really exciting, the ritual of reading in bed gets me so relaxed, that I sometimes just doze off.
