on Oct 05, 2011: I've recently switched to scented oils... patchoulli on some days, vanilla musk on others. It really chills me out when I smell them myself and get told that I smell great by guys (not a goal, just a fact).

on Oct 05, 2011: I will turn on the classical music station in my car ( I usually listen to alternative). It is really soothing and puts me in a zen spot.. particularly good to do on my way to my yoga practice.
