on Oct 05, 2011: For me, relaxing is a fragment of my wishful thinking. I stay on the go all the time and the only time for a little 5 minute R&R is between busy appointments. I do sneak in 5 minutes here and there that I just sit in a dark and cool place while trying to turn off my mind and just BE.
