The best reboot for me is time by myself, 15 - 20 minutes is enough, no kids, no tv or radio or anything else noisy, just sit and relax, perhaps some self guided meditation for 5 minutes, and then just relaxing with the paper or magazine or book (unplugged is the key) and a cup of tea or coffee or…
