Should High Schools Give Teens Extra Time To Sleep In?

on Sep 23, 2013: I'm on the opposite end here. I think that if teens know that they have school later in the day, it's only going to cause them to stay up later. Here, my Kindergartener and 2nd grader go to school before the middle school and high schoolers do.

Many Young Women Still Choosing Beauty Over Health

on Aug 30, 2013: My mom has skin cancer, so I'm sure to always stay away from tanning beds and always use sunblock on me and my kids when we are out in the sun for long periods of time.
