on Jul 22, 2008: I could not put this book down. Great tory and ideas for rasing a family. I am a book seller on AZ and I always pick up copies of this book when I find it. I actually listened to it first on CD as it is read by Babara. It has sparked my interest into her other works as well.

Should You Drink To Your Health?

on Jul 22, 2008: I really struggled with self medicating with alcohol while suffering from menopause. I knew the risks and am now trying exercise and yoga. Wish me luck!
