on Aug 19, 2010: I've always stood at a very thin, constant weight since high school and I eat very slow, drives my husband crazy! I can definitely see how this theory can hold some truth.

on Aug 19, 2010: When I do have a sunburn, I've always used aloe vera, but sometimes that doesn't seem too helpful if the sunburn is bad enough! Thanks for the article, I'm definitely going to try these other remedies in the future!
