I freeze No Sugar Added Cranberry Juice in ice trays and suck on the ice cubes in lieu of eating popsicles and ice cream which are full of calories. When I want a milks shake , I blend frozen fruit, almond milk and a tsp of cocoa powder for a creamy traet without the fat.
