Thanks for this wonderful information on sleep-inducing foods. I've heard that turkey is also a sleep-inducing. It is said that it has natural properties that induces sleep. Although I eat turkey, it's not one of my most favorite foods: but if it's going to help me sleep soundly I'm all for it! Ha…
