Why "Just Coffee" Won't Cut It

on Oct 03, 2011: Coffee is a must have first thing in the am which begins at 5:30 or thereabouts. After 4-5 mugs and 5 hours later, I'll eat something - could be a pop-tart or whatever I have in the house. I am thin and fit!!
