on Apr 27, 2016: Enjoy being pregnant. I loved it. That first time I felt him move. It was like a butterfly wing. I did sit UPS with my kneed bent. It helps to strengthen your stomach and up thigh muscles. It aids in carrying the baby and helps the delivery. I always did them laying on the bed.
