Licensed To Drive Slower

on Oct 29, 2008: This is really neat. I think it would help keep kids out of trouble. I don't mind if teenagers drive one or two of their friends around but I think it is a bad idea when they get a car full. I also don't mind them driving their brothers/sisters/family around. I don't really like that contract idea…
