Is Walking To School A Thing Of The Past?

on Sep 20, 2009: My husband is in Law Enforcement on a local & national level. I hear of such accounts 1st hand. Let one of my 4 girls walk to school (only 4 min. ride in car)--I think not. Sheltered--not in the least. They'll have plenty of life experiences this just doesn't have to be one of them.
