Is Mindfulness A Better Cure For Back Pain?

on Apr 22, 2016: I think that yoga and general exercise can drastically help not only your back but your entire body. Yet, there is also a limit to how much pain a person can handle. So, I say don't be a wimp about pain but don't be a hero either. Know your limits.
