on Aug 18, 2009: I think this question is not a matter of gender. I've have great male and great female bosses. I can also say the opposite. A good boss is an intelligent, understanding, inspirational , motivating, organized, helpful mentor - male or female.

The Upside of a Bad Economy

on Jul 05, 2009: My husband was layed off last month and I think the upside for us has been that I have been now afforded the opportunity to focus on my career.
