Should We Regulate Drivers As They Age?

on Sep 16, 2011: I believe that when we reach a certain age, we should all be subject to review on a regular basis by our state DMV offices. I have seen both young and old do crazy things while driving. The elderly seem to be just as oblivious as the young kid who is showing off for his/her peers, etc.
