on Jul 29, 2014: I think I will take the advice on not to wash chicken before cooking it now knowing the risks and dangers it can cause. The precautions that I take to keep clean in my kitchen is to wash and disinfect everything down as far as cutting boards and utensils used to prepare food with vinegar.

on Jul 29, 2014: The vessyl seem like a great product that I would to love to have to actually track what I drink. I have tried and also use other smart devices to help with diet. So this is a product I would definitely try.
