These are stressful times. There seems to always be a new solution for how we should deal with stress. We were curious how you deal with stressful and difficult times?

I have been doing yoga now for several months and I find that it does release all anxiety and stress from my body!
I pray about my problems and that gives me peace to give my problems to the Lord and he can fix them and give me strength to endure them.
A long, hot bath always helps.
Talking helps me to deal with it in the beginning but getting up and moving sure helps it get put to rest. ;)
i usually eat first and go to friends, but in the end it is prayer time that really makes things better for me.
I use almost all of these. If one doesn't help, I try something else.

Exercising always makes me feel better! It stimulates and creates the endorphans that make us happy :)
