    I save usually save leftovers. They make a good and quick lunch the next day. Often, I will save the meats and veggies and then on Saturday put them in the Crock-pot and create a stew. Less money wasted, less food wasted, less time cooking and it is not the same 'ole leftovers, it's a completely new meal.

    I have a husband and four children, WHEN there are leftovers, they are usually BREAKFAST the next morning, or LUNCH the next afternoon, Leftovers in my house RARELY make it past the NEXT DAY!

    Its the only way I cook. I work full time outside the house and I have to drive my boys to all kinds of after school activities during the week. I spend Sundays cooking up big batches of food for the week. Usually by Wednesdays my family is tired of left overs but it doesn't phase me. I'll keep munching on the left overs as everyone else heads for the freezer for a quick microwaveable dish.

    Leftovers are lunch for my husband. All he has to do is pack it in his lunch bag and he has a home cooked meal for work. Saves money on eating out also.

    I usually save leftovers because I hate to throw them away. My husband usually eats them for lunch if they haven't turned into science experiments! With the prices they way they are these days, its hard to let go when you don't have the money to keep going to the store or out to eat.

    I love leftovers, they make great lunches for the next day without having to really cook. On the other hand, my husband hates leftovers so it's usually just the kids and I eating them.

    I save them post of the time. We eat them a lot! Many times for lunch the next day or sometimes can change a bit to make the meal a bit different.

    I think that leftovers taste better than the day I made the food...

    Taking them to work for lunch is a great way to save money....

    If there is enough left over, I simply freeze it. Then I have a meal for the nights that I don't have time to cook.
