I leave my phone in the house when I work outside. I also put my phone on silent on the nights I do not have to get up really early.

I have had a smartphone for less than a year. Prior to getting a smartphone, I used a cheap flip phone. I don't always carry my smartphone with me.

Thankfully, being without my phone is not one of my biggest concerns, its quite refreshing.

I always have it with me when outside, but at home I check it occasionally and I don't mind to be without it but not for long time. I mostly check it to look at my grandson's pictures.

I have it when I leave the house and realize I left without my phone. Then I start thinking about all the things that could happen and how I would be lost without my phone to call for help.

I literally feel like I can't do anything unless I find it. Leaving my house is out of the question if it's lost.
