How much do you cook at home versus buying meals?
Yes, it is healthier and saves money (70.7%)
No way, I don't want to cook every meal (7.3%)
Not sure, I would like to try, but don't know if I could last (22.0%)
Already do that mostly. I am often thinking how expensive grocery shopping is, but if I compared it to restaurants and eating out, it must be better. I have medical setbacks and our family also can't afford to go out much. But happy how we have healthy things at home.
We prefer to eat at home to control portions, ingredients & cost. Hubby cooks about 1/2 the meals.
I'm all about saving money. I could do it
I already do, Ive been making monthly menu plans for several years now! I love it, saves me time, money, not wasting food, stress. Eating a variety of foods, new foods as well.
I just received an Instant Pot for Christmas and I plan on making healthy meals. I can cook everyday for 30 days easily.
I would love to do this. But, realistically it would never happen at my house. Everyone is too picky & I never know what to make.
I love to cook. Time can be a constraint, but I would definitely be willing to skip restaurants for a month in the name of healthier eating!
I would definitely love to try this!
Sounds great, but not for every meal
My backs messed up but I'm to poor to eat out so yes eating in for a month would a breeze for me
