Already do that mostly. I am often thinking how expensive grocery shopping is, but if I compared it to restaurants and eating out, it must be better. I have medical setbacks and our family also can't afford to go out much. But happy how we have healthy things at home.

We prefer to eat at home to control portions, ingredients & cost. Hubby cooks about 1/2 the meals.

I just received an Instant Pot for Christmas and I plan on making healthy meals. I can cook everyday for 30 days easily.

I would love to do this. But, realistically it would never happen at my house. Everyone is too picky & I never know what to make.

I love to cook. Time can be a constraint, but I would definitely be willing to skip restaurants for a month in the name of healthier eating!

My backs messed up but I'm to poor to eat out so yes eating in for a month would a breeze for me
