How much do you cook at home versus buying meals?
Yes, it is healthier and saves money (70.7%)
No way, I don't want to cook every meal (7.3%)
Not sure, I would like to try, but don't know if I could last (22.0%)
I cook all breakfasts and most dinners. I like to have the option for something other than my own cooking for some lunches.
We are very rural so any takeout usually needs to be rewarmed by the time we get it home. At that point I may as well save the drive and make it myself. We do have a general store/deli type deal in our little village that makes a decent sheet pizza and very good subs, we order from there about once a month or so.
We do this most of the time anyway because eating out is so expensive!
I definitely do that and find with two kids, it is healthier, fun, and much needed~
I try to cook at least two meals/day. I usually bring leftovers for my lunch, so I'm actually cooking 3 times/day, I guess. I always would prefer fresh cooked meals, at home.
Will try, and completely do it!!
Eating at home saves money and being the lucky woman I am with a husband that loves to cook and can prepare anything better than if we eat out it works great for us.
I would love to try but being perfectly honest, some days I?m too exhausted to think, let alone cook.
#cook90 I would totally do it Basically I am already doing it I have 3 areas full of seasoning in my home I love making all my goodies from scratch.
I think I already do it, it's great!
