Michael Jackson was one of the greatest singers I have ever known. He was one of the greats. I think he was better or equal to Elvis. He loved Children and wanted them to have what he never did which was a childhood. My children love his music. He will be remembered in my house

I wish the celebrations were as vivid when he was alive and 'alone' during all the trials, etc. Maybe this would have lifted his spirits so he did not have to turn to drugs and the like. Sad, really, how alone he felt, despite all the fame, money, and his lovely children.

Most of his music was really good. Was as popular as Elvis was in his day.

he had triumphs and tragedies in his life and after all is human like the rest of us (not perfect and everyone of us mortal) but there is no denying his amazing talent. rip mj.

I will most remember the music he created over the years. I grew up listening to MJ. But the controversial issues surrounding him are a close 2nd. Its hard not to think of the child molestation issues as a mother. Or the way he hid his children from the world. But I try not to dwell on the bad and only remember the good.

Why is there a section for MJ, and not one for Farah Fawcett?
