New Year is usually a great time to reassess the past year and to create some goals and plans for the coming year’s events. Everyone seems to have a different approach to the practice of New Year’s resolutions.
What do you and other SheSpeaks members want to achieve or change in 2008? If you’ve had some real success with a past years’ resolutions we’d love to hear your inspiring stories.

I always make a resolution to lose weight. Last year I partially did it, so now I have to finish what I started!
i never make a resolution, because i know i can only do something if i really want it.
It is so hard to stick to a resolution... this year I am going to try to live a healthier lifestyle-more trips to the gym and more fruits and veggies. I am also hoping to be wise with finances in hopes that I can afford a house this summer.
In the past I made them and kept them, but the last 2 years I have not (they are the Big Ones ~ lose weight and quit smoking). I did cut down drastically on the smoking, just have not made the final step. HOPEFULLY this year will be better.
go to bed earlier, save money, grow out my hair haha
I want to get skinny, and more organized. :) And I want another baby this next year!
I have been on a mission to loose some weight, 20 pounds or more. Im hoping I can stick to it this year!
i want to eat better, more organic and less quantity, try to give up dairy and exercise everyday. also want to volunteer more often. hope i can at least stick to two of my resolutions!
This year I plan to take time for myself and really focus on my health.
