I don't understand people who are going to vote for Palin instead of Hillary. Those people are clearly just picking her because she's a woman, since they disagree on almost every issue! Please please read up on the candidates and pick one that represents what you believe is best for the country.

P.S. look up what Palin thinks of Dinosaurs

I'm voting for Obama. I agree with some of what comes from McCain, but more so with Obama. I honestly don't know enough about Palin to make a sure judgment on if she could sway my vote, but I have been trying to research her. I have friends in Alaska who I've been more in contact with lately than I have in years, and they say that they've heard from more old friends in the past month than since they moved there. I just want to make the most informed choice I can, you know?

As a woman, I was insulted by McCain's choice of Palin. If he wanted to choose a token woman (shudder) there were many who were qualified. Palin has no credintials, and is a sexist's view of what a woman should be (she's PRETTY!!!!!). If I hear one more man mention that she was a beauty queen, I will SCREAM.

No. I hate to think that people vote due to gender or race. People need to look at what the candidates stand for. At the rate the country is going, I don't see how voting for McCain will help. He supported Bush by voting with him 90% of the time. And do you see how the country is currently? Yeah, he did a good job after 9/11. But that was 7 years ago. It's time for a change. And personally, I'm a little insulted at the type of woman he chose to run. Why not choose someone who actually HAS a passport.

I vote no no no no no no for McCain and Palin. How dare they assume that they can decide for a women that she must carry a fetus that was the result of a rape or incest...how dare they. I am glad for her that she felt it was the right decision to carry to term her Down Syndrome child...good for her...she has the support system she needed to do that. How dare she tell us that we should teach our children abstience based sex education...it obviously did not work for her child, does she want us all to have pregnant teens? How dare she belive that we just need to "pray away the gay" Gay people are born that way and you can not pray away a person's sexual orientation. The fact that McCain has voted 90 percent of the time with Bush makes me ill...He also believes that Roe V Wade was a "bad decision"...Women will choose back alley abortions again...Then we lose both woman and fetus....I fear that they believe that if a woman chooses that path then they deserve what they get....I am disgusted that she claimed she was against the highway to nowhere...that was nto the case...she only backed out when she found out that it was not going to sneak through.... The fact that she had no idea what the heck the Bush Doctrine is should scare us all.. I vote no on Palin and McCain...I pray that we can just "Pray away the Palin". Oh, I do vote yes on her stylish specs.
