Almost everyone has a mobile phone these days, and we wonder how we ever got along without them! While we love having mobile phones, we don’t always love our mobile phone service provider. Dropped calls, unexpected charges or poor customer service could be the problem, and sometimes it’s hard to switch providers.
Are you happy with your mobile phone service provider? If not, what are you unhappy about?

I have at&t but no service in my home. Its like "Can you hear me now?" NO!"
I use tracfone since I don't talk often and I have never had a problem with the service. My husband uses ntelos for work and we had a few problems to start with because they kept charging him for texting, which he doesn't do, ever. He was receiving spam texts, that he never opened, and getting charged for them. We had them elimanate the text function completely and that took care of it.
We use Tracphone and I like it alot. I like the fact that there isn't any monthly bills. You pay as you go. It's perfect for us.
I have had Sprint for the last 4 years and I'm happy. No dropped calls, unlimited texting and mobile to mobile (any). I pay a little more than most people, but I have peace of mind.
I have Att&t.Sometimes no signal, sometimes the conversation drops.Lately its worse.
no bill is ever what any of them say. i have verizon $39.99 plan and actual bill is near 60 bucks! WHAT IS UP?
I have Verizon. No drop call. But it is quite pricy, compared with other carriers. Other than that, I like Verizon.
I have AT&T and I have never had an issue, even while traveling.
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for about 8 years now, and I have never had a problem with dropped calls. However, if I ever have a problem with billing it is always hard to deal with customer service.
I have US Cellular for both my cell and internet service, and I am very happy
