Do you prefer shopping in stores (vs. online) for the holidays? If so, what is the biggest reason?

There is a lot of excitement in stores during the holidays, and it's fun to get caught up in the holiday spirit.  There are always good deals to find, and you can see exactly what you're getting before you buy it.  What do you love about shopping in stores during the holidays?

Yes, I like the excitement of holiday shopping in stores (24.2%)

Yes, because I don't like to pay shipping costs online (12.2%)

Yes, I find better deals in stores (11.3%)

Yes, I like to see products in-person before I buy them (29.5%)

No, I prefer shopping online (22.9%)

    I am a HUGE fan of online shopping. I hardly have time to go to the store and if I get there then it's generally around closing time. No one is on my back about leaving the store when I shop online and I can take my time and find great coupons on couponcabin.com so I am definitely an online shopper for life!

    I would much rather buy the presents in person because you get to see how they work and which one is right for what person. If you buy online, you inly see a picture and cant actually feel the product.

    I start and finish most of my shopping over the summer via online. Definitely finish shopping the day before Thanksgiving when the same sales are on as the day after Thanksgiving...with out the crowds. If I shop during December, it will be for me... a relaxing day watching others stress.

    I like the avoid the huge crowds, so shopping online is a great way to do that.

    I live in Chicago, and Christmas time in the city is magical. Downtown Chicago looks beautiful all decked out with lights! That is why I like to go shopping during this time!

    I like them both my fav day is BLACK FRIDAY I take that day off every year that is my one and only day to go shopping with out the kigs

    Shopping in the stores makes it feel like the holiday season to me.

    Although I do enjoy shopping online, nothing trumps actually being in the store and checking the product out before I purchase it.
