    I try to be very careful! I don't put electronics near my breasts, I've nursed all my children, I try to eat healthy, I do my own monthly exam and when I see my Dr once a year I have her examine me as well!

    It is so important to stay vigilant even if you BRACA test is normal. I've seen people think they had no chance of getting breast cancer and then one day it just showing up. It is vital to stay on top of things and feel you are doing your best to remain aware.
